Cave Hill pest control technician faces wounding charge, released on bail

A 42-year-old pest control technician from Cave Hill, St Michael, appeared before the No. 1 District 'A' Magistrates' Court after being charged with unlawful and malicious wounding, Barbados Today reports.

Kevin Emerson Victor, of Plymouth Square, Cave Hill, St Michael, is accused of wounding Zabari Spooner on August 3. Victor denied the charge when it was read before Acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick.

The court granted Victor $3,000 bail on the condition that he have no contact with the virtual complainant. He is represented by attorney Ensley Grainger. The matter is scheduled to continue on October 7.
