A killing in southeast Calgary last December has resulted in murder charges against four people, including a youth and a man arrested recently in Alberta's capital.

A killing in southeast Calgary last December has resulted in murder charges against four people, including a youth and a man arrested recently in Alberta's capital.

The deceased was a 32-year-old male who police say had connections to organized criminal networks. He was found lifeless beside his automobile around half past midnight on December 10, 2025, in the Ogden neighbourhood.

The initial suspect, a 17-year-old, was taken into custody shortly after the incident with assistance from an Indigenous policing service.

In March of this year, a pair of additional alleged participants were seized by federal police in a community in central British Columbia.

The remaining fugitive, aged 22, had been sought across the entire nation before officers in Edmonton located and detained him in early June.

Each of the four accused now faces allegations of premeditated killing and plotting to carry out such an act.
