The Newfoundland and Labrador RCMP issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Faucher after announcing Friday morning that he is actively evading police. He is believed to be in the Sherbrooke area, though investigators say he may also have connections to the Trois-Rivières region of Quebec and to Mexico.

Police say Faucher is likely driving a grey 2026 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck bearing Quebec licence plate FTV 8960. He is described as five feet eleven inches tall, weighing 190 pounds, with brown eyes.

The RCMP is urging the public not to approach Faucher under any circumstances. Anyone who spots him is asked to call 911 immediately. Those with information about his movements are also asked to contact police directly.
