York Region Police have charged six people with second-degree murder in connection with the death of David Gosse, 55, in Aurora, Ontario, castanet.net reports.

Officers were called to the area of Wellington Street East and Walton Road around 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday following a report of unknown trouble. When they arrived, they found Gosse with "significant trauma." He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators determined blunt force trauma was the cause of death.

The six accused range in age from 29 to 58. Each has been charged with second-degree murder.
