The pair grabbed multiple items before fleeing in a grey-silver SUV that was waiting nearby. In a separate case west of Toronto, Hamilton Police have laid drug and proceeds-of-crime charges against two city residents following a search of a residence on Queenston Road in the east end. Inside the property, investigators seized more than four kilograms of methamphetamine, quantities of oxycodone and hydromorphone tablets, and roughly $5,000 in cash.
Kayla Kerwin, aged 34, and Brandon Quinn, also 34, are each accused of multiple counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, along with one count of possessing proceeds of crime exceeding $5,000. Detectives with the Major Drugs and Gang Unit are encouraging anyone with further knowledge of the matter to reach them at 905-546-3887 or via email at [email protected].
