A 32-year-old accused will face trial at Ireland's highest criminal court over the killing of a 66-year-old man in County Donegal earlier this year.
Michael Maloney, who lives at Loughros Point in Ardara, was brought before Letterkenny District Court. He stands charged with killing Stephen McCahill, a father of two, at the victim's residence in Ardara on 5 January.
The defendant has remained in custody at Castlerea Prison since his arrest in January.
