A man is due before a judge on Wednesday morning in connection with the killing of a male victim in west Dublin on Friday, July 3.

Anthony Long, who was in his 40s, was discovered with severe injuries after what investigators have described as a brutal attack. He was found at Parslickstown Drive in the Mulhuddart area.

The suspect is expected to appear in court in relation to the death. Gardaí continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
