A 24-year-old man was stabbed to death by his cousin following an argument over a cellphone charger in Boscobel View, St. Mary, wjactv.com reports.

Neshawn Williams, known as "Checo," was at a home with his cousin on Saturday when the dispute broke out at around 1:20 p.m. Superintendent Anthony Wallace, head of the St. Mary Police division, told The Gleaner that the disagreement escalated into a physical confrontation "during which a knife was brought into play and Williams was stabbed in the abdomen."

Williams was transported to Port Maria Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The suspect fled the scene after the attack. Police have launched a manhunt but have not publicly identified the individual. No arrest had been announced at the time of reporting.
