Father and Son Shot Execution-Style in New Forest, Manchester

Hubert "Bestie" Ferguson, 60, and his son Floyd "Fido" Ferguson, 33, were shot dead with bound hands at their home. Manchester's murder count has risen to 16 this year.

Two men killed execution-style at Manchester home

The Jamaica Observer has identified the victims of a fatal shooting in New Forest, Manchester as Hubert Ferguson, 60, also known as "Bestie", and his son Floyd Ferguson, 33, a car dealer and entertainer known as "Fido".

A police source said the two men had their hands bound before being shot dead at their home in the south Manchester community of New Forest at around midnight on Friday.

Police statistics show Manchester recorded 14 murders up to Sunday, May 31, compared to eight over the same period last year. The killing of the two Fergusons has brought the parish's total to 16 murders since the start of the year.
