The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) is investigating the fatal shooting of Jimmy Allen, 24, of Upper College Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts, thestkittsnevisobserver.com reports.

The incident took place on 4 February 2024, between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. According to initial investigations, Allen was approached by two assailants who stepped out of a vehicle and opened fire at him. He was struck multiple times about the body and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Crime Scene Unit of the RSCNPF processed the area and recovered items of evidential value. The force stated that the public will be kept informed as the investigation progresses.
