According to thestkittsnevisobserver.com, Judymar Rodriguez, a resident of Marriott Residences in St. Kitts, has been charged with two offenses: Falsifying an Official Document and Using a Falsified Document.

Both offenses were allegedly committed on March 16, 2026. Rodriguez was formally charged two days later, on March 18, at the Basseterre Police Station.
