Tobago has recorded its sixth killing of 2026 after a resident from Union was shot dead near his residence on Friday night.

According to police reports, Jalon "Lolo" Graham was walking with a companion southward along Old Whim Road at approximately 10:15 pm when an assailant approached from behind and opened fire.

Graham attempted to flee but collapsed after running only a short distance. He was pronounced dead at the location, while the shooter escaped into nearby vegetation.

The incident was reported by the Trinidad Guardian.
