An 11th person has been arrested in connection with a May 11 stabbing in Huddersfield that left a 30-year-old woman critically injured.

The incident occurred at approximately 22:30 BST on 11 May in Topaz Close, where a 30-year-old woman sustained serious injuries to her leg and head. She remained in a critical condition in hospital, according to police.

Officers have carried out searches at multiple properties across Huddersfield as part of what they describe as a "significant investigation."

The 10 people previously arrested — among them two men and a 17-year-old boy held on suspicion of attempted murder — have been released on bail.

West Yorkshire Police are appealing to anyone with information or video footage of the incident to come forward.
