Search under way for missing teenager and wanted man in Shropshire

West Mercia Police believe a 15-year-old girl reported missing on Thursday may be in the company of a man currently wanted for recall to prison, bbc.com reports.

The girl, identified only as Chanelle, is thought to be in the Bridgnorth or Oswestry areas of Shropshire, elsewhere in the county, or to have crossed into Wales.

Officers have released an image of Kyle Braine, 24, whose whereabouts police had first appealed for on 21 May. At that time, the force said Braine had links to Baschurch, Shrewsbury, Telford and Birmingham.

Chanelle was last seen wearing black leggings and a black Airmax puffer coat.

Anyone who spots either Chanelle or Braine is urged to call 999 immediately. Additional information about their whereabouts can be reported by calling 101.
