Prince Andrew scandal broadens: police investigate sexual misconduct suspicions
Postimees reports that Thames Valley Police confirmed on Friday that the investigation against Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is significantly broader than the public had previously understood. In addition to the alleged improper behaviour at the 2002 Royal Ascot, the investigation now includes suspicions of sexual misconduct, corruption and disclosure of confidential information.
The suspicions are related to Andrew's role as a UK trade representative. He was arrested in February on his 66th birthday and was questioned under criminal caution on suspicion of abuse of position, according to Metro.
