Responding officers located the wounded individual, who had sustained a fatal injury to his torso. Paramedics rushed him to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where he was later declared dead upon arrival.
Investigators from Area Four have taken charge of the homicide probe. Officials confirmed they are holding an individual for questioning, though they declined to disclose further particulars about the attack or possible motives.
