North Carolina Police Investigate Fatal Shooting of 21-Year-Old Man
A young man was killed in a predawn shooting in eastern North Carolina, and authorities are still searching for whoever is responsible.
The Goldsboro Police Department responded to the 600 block of West Chestnut Street shortly before 3:40 a.m. on Tuesday. When officers arrived, they found 21-year-old Terryon Latrell Davis, a resident of the city, suffering from gunshot injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives have not announced any arrests, and the circumstances that led to the gunfire remain unclear. Investigators are continuing to work the case.
