Brother of Crystal Rogers murder convict arrested on perjury charge

Nicholas "Nick" Houck, 46, of Bardstown, Kentucky, has been charged with perjury in connection with the Crystal Rogers murder case, wkyt.com reports.

Kentucky State Police (KSP) arrested Houck on a Nelson County indictment just after 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. According to KSP's investigation, Houck allegedly committed perjury between 2015 and 2023.

His brother, Brooks Houck, was one of three men convicted in Crystal Rogers' murder in 2025.

Houck was taken into custody without incident. KSP Post 4 detectives are continuing the investigation.
