Two Men Shot in Separate Harlem and Bronx Incidents Thursday Night

A 28-year-old man was shot in the leg in Harlem and a 14-year-old boy was struck in the foot in the Bronx in two separate shootings Thursday. No arrests have been made in either case.

Two Separate Gun Attacks Hit Manhattan and the Bronx in One Night

A 28-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy were wounded in unrelated shootings across New York City on Thursday night, NY Post Metro reports. Both victims were hospitalized in stable condition, and no arrests have been made in either case.

The first incident occurred at approximately 6:20 p.m. at the corner of E. 127th Street and Park Avenue in Harlem. The victim told police he was on foot when two men dressed in all black approached him and opened fire, striking him in the right leg. He was transported to Harlem Hospital, where his condition was listed as stable. His two assailants fled the scene and remain at large.

Less than four hours later, a 14-year-old boy was shot outside the Edenwald Houses in the Bronx, at around 9:40 p.m. An unknown attacker fired at the teenager, hitting him in the left foot, before fleeing the scene. EMS transported the boy to Jacobi Hospital, where he was also reported in stable condition.

Police said investigations into both shootings are ongoing. No suspects have been taken into custody in connection with either attack.
