Puerto Rico Police Seek 23 Fugitives Accused of Murders Across the Island
The Puerto Rico Police Department has published arrest warrants for 23 fugitives facing murder charges in various municipalities across the Island, crimes that have claimed multiple lives. Law enforcement considers these individuals highly dangerous; some have evaded capture for years, while others face accusations for killings committed during the current year, according to Superintendent Joseph González Falcón.
González Falcón called on residents to share any information that could lead to the apprehension of these suspects. "Each of these fugitives represents an outstanding debt with the victims, their relatives, and our communities. We will not rest until they are brought to justice," he stated. He encouraged anyone with knowledge of their whereabouts to contact the Puerto Rico Police confidentially, noting that cooperation could help prevent further violent acts and bring peace to affected families.
Since the original publication, two individuals have been removed from the active list. Alexander Vega Medina was arrested last Friday for the killing of Jeremy Javier Castro Rodríguez, who was shot in the parking lot of the recreational area at La Guancha in Ponce while talking with his former partner.
