An 18-year-old man has been arrested in Smyrna, Georgia, after he was allegedly seen moving a plastic tub containing a dismembered human torso through the grounds of an apartment complex. Independent.co.uk reports that Kingston Bradley has been charged with concealing a death and is being held without bond at Cobb County Jail.

Bradley was allegedly spotted around 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday carrying the tub through an outdoor area at the Park Valley Apartments. When he noticed he was being watched, he dropped the tub on a dirt walkway and fled into his apartment at the same complex.

Police were already responding to a missing person's report that led them to the building. Upon arrival, officers opened the tub and found a dismembered human torso inside.

A subsequent search of Bradley's apartment uncovered multiple bloodstains, a large blood-covered saw, and a strong smell of bleach. Officers also found a mop, a bucket of water, and a carpet cleaner on the premises.

The victim has been identified as a woman. While authorities have not officially released her name, the victim's family told broadcaster 11Alive that she was Shanteria "Tia" Mosely. Family members said they filed the missing person's report after Mosely left home to make DoorDash deliveries and did not return.

Relatives said they tracked Mosely's phone to the apartment complex and spoke directly to Bradley, who allegedly told them he had not seen her. It was Michelle Weaver, Mosely's aunt, who witnessed Bradley allegedly moving the tub.

The Smyrna Police Department said the investigation is ongoing.

Bradley's arrest comes against the backdrop of an unresolved prior case from late 2024 involving a confrontation with his father. In that matter, he faces charges of two counts of making terroristic threats, battery, simple battery, and criminal damage to property. According to a warrant, Bradley allegedly struck his father with an Xbox controller, broke down a bedroom door, and shoved a 15-year-old into a window, shattering it. The terroristic threat count stems from him allegedly "suggesting the death" of his father.

Bradley pleaded not guilty in that case in April. His next hearing is scheduled for October 6.
