Three individuals pleaded guilty to second-degree gang assault in Ulster County Court on September 21, just as their case was set to go to trial, recordonline.com reports.

Ulster County District Attorney Emmanuel C. Nneji confirmed that Aalajah Deloatch-Williams, Daivon Ramirez-Jackson and Le'Mar Thomas each admitted to the felony charge. Their ages and hometowns were not immediately available.

According to Nneji, the victim was walking home from work on May 5, 2025, when the three defendants attacked him from behind at Sheehan Court in the City of Kingston. They beat him and left him motionless on the ground, causing serious physical injuries with permanent consequences.

A fourth individual was also indicted by an Ulster County grand jury in connection with the assault. That person remains at large and is still being sought by law enforcement.

The Kingston Police Department investigated the incident, identified all four attackers and arrested Deloatch-Williams, Ramirez-Jackson and Thomas. All three entered their guilty pleas on September 21, the day their trial was due to begin.

Sentencing for all three defendants is scheduled for November 30 before Ulster County Court Judge Bryan Rounds. Their attorneys — Thomas Petro, Saman Soltankhah and Ray Ragues — could not be reached for comment.
