Ottawa police are asking the public for help locating 13-year-old Nikita Morris-Copenace, last seen Sept. 24 near Greenbank and West Hunt Club roads.

Ca.news.yahoo.com reports that the Ottawa Police Service (OPS) issued a public appeal Friday for help locating a missing 13-year-old Indigenous girl.
Nikita Morris-Copenace is described as an Indigenous female, five feet eight inches tall with a medium build. She has brown eyes, shoulder-length black hair with blue streaks, and some scarring on her left arm.
She was last seen around 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 24 in the area of Greenbank and West Hunt Club roads, wearing all black clothing and black Nike/Jordan shoes.
Anyone who spots her is asked to call 911 immediately so she can receive assistance. Tips on her whereabouts can also be directed to the OPS Missing Persons Section at 613-236-1222, ext. 2355. Anonymous information can be submitted to Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 or online at crimestoppers.ca.
