Forensic psychiatric examination has shown that seventeen-year-old Łukasz G. from the locality of Kadłubie retained full capacity to understand the meaning of his actions and to control his own conduct at the moment of committing the murder. This verdict was delivered by expert medical specialists.
The young man is accused of committing a double murder in February of this year. Due to the ruling of mental competence, the perpetrator may bear full criminal responsibility for the acts committed.
