Three charged over £100k county lines drug ring in Bradford

Three men have appeared in court accused of supplying heroin and crack cocaine as part of a county lines operation based in Bradford. Drugs worth over £100,000 were seized.

Three men have appeared before a court charged with involvement in a county lines drug dealing network, bbc.com reports, following arrests on Leeds Road in Bradford on Tuesday.

Lucas Zerola, 18, of Maple Drive, Wetherby, faces charges of supplying heroin and crack cocaine between 1 May and 15 September 2026. He is also charged with possession with intent to supply both substances, as well as possession of criminal property — including cash — seized on 15 September.

Mohammed Ahmed, 22, of no fixed abode, and Lobib Shourav, 22, of St Johns Close, Leeds, were each charged with possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine. Shourav faces an additional charge of being concerned in the supply of cocaine and ketamine between 13 February and 3 April 2026.

Police said the drugs line was operating within Bradford and extending into North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and the Humber. The investigation targeted organised crime and drug supply within the Holme Wood estate, with officers recovering substances carrying a street value of more than £100,000.

All three men were remanded in custody. Ahmed is due to appear at Bradford Crown Court on 20 October, while Zerola and Shourav are listed to appear on 21 October.
