An 18-year-old man accused of concealing a dismembered woman's body at a Smyrna, Georgia apartment complex has a documented history of violence, according to police and court records reviewed by wctv.tv.

Kingston Bradley was arrested Monday after a witness reported seeing him carrying a plastic tub through an open area of Park Valley Apartments at approximately 8:15 p.m. When Bradley noticed the witness, he dropped the container and fled into a nearby apartment. Officers responding to the scene found a human torso inside the tub.

A subsequent search of Bradley's apartment uncovered multiple bloodstains, a blood-covered saw, the smell of bleach, a mop and a bucket of water, according to the arrest warrant.

Bradley is currently charged with a felony count of concealing the death of another. On Friday, Smyrna police designated him a person of interest for murder, though no murder charge has been formally issued.

"This is a shocking crime," said Lt. Meredith Holt, public information officer for the Smyrna Police Department. "This is a particularly gruesome crime. I can't imagine what the family is going through. I know that they are looking for answers and grieving at the same time. We're continuing to work this case."

The identity of the victim has not been established. DoorDash confirmed the woman was a delivery worker for the company, and Tuesday was the last day her account showed activity. Police said they are still searching for additional remains and are executing multiple search warrants, conducting interviews and "following any lead that we have."

The connection between the victim and Bradley has not been identified, police said.

Court records show Bradley has a prior history of violent incidents. In February, he was charged with family violence battery following an altercation with his father. Smyrna police noted in the arrest warrant an "extensive history" of disputes between the two. A separate December 2024 incident resulted in charges of two counts of terroristic threats and acts, simple battery, battery and criminal trespass. According to that arrest warrant, Bradley allegedly struck his father and a 15-year-old with an Xbox controller, broke a door by repeatedly banging on it and pushed the minor into a window, shattering it. That case remains ongoing.

Bradley is being held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond.
