Corrections officer accused of bringing synthetic marijuana into Middleton Jail
A corrections officer at the Middleton Jail & House of Correction in Essex County has been charged with delivering drugs to an inmate, bostonherald.com reports.
Christal Dunston, 33, of Lynn, appeared in Salem District Court on charges of conspiracy to violate drug law, two counts of delivering drugs or articles to a prisoner, and possessing drugs with intent to deliver to a prisoner. Dunston pleaded not guilty.
Judge Randy Chapman set bail at $10,000 and ordered that, if released, Dunston must have no contact with the House of Correction or any witnesses and remain drug-free. Prosecutors are seeking indictment on the charges.
According to prosecutors, Dunston conspired to bring "K2" — a synthetic marijuana liquid typically concealed by soaking it into paper — into the jail.
Jamaica Plain stabbing under investigation
The Boston Police Department is asking the public to help identify a suspect wanted in connection with a stabbing in Jamaica Plain. Officers responded just before 7 a.m. Sunday to the area of 8 Burnett St. after reports of a stabbing. The victim was transported to hospital with a non-life-threatening wound. Witnesses said the victim had called out for help.

Indecent exposure on Green Line trolley
MBTA Transit Police are circulating a censored image of a man who allegedly pleasured himself in plain view while seated on a Green Line train. The suspect is sought for "open and gross" conduct between Copley and Kent stations. Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at 617-222-1050.
