Baltimore County Police are renewing their appeal for information in the unsolved 1994 murder of Delroy Daley, a Jamaican-born man found shot dead inside his Windsor Mill apartment more than three decades ago, wmar2news.com reports.

On the afternoon of 18 August 1994, officers responded to the 8200 block of Church Lane — a well-travelled road in the western part of Baltimore County — after Daley's family discovered his body in a back bedroom. He had been shot multiple times in the head.

Daley, 33, was known to those around him as "Tony." Authorities describe him as a quiet individual who had emigrated from Jamaica and lived in the United States for seven years. In the days before his body was found, he had not shown up for work, and people close to him had been unable to contact him.

No suspect has ever been charged in connection with his death. The case has remained open for 32 years, with investigators still working to establish what took place inside the apartment complex near the Rolling Road intersection.
