Five days after the discovery of the body of an 86-year-old woman, found with her throat cut near a campsite at Grau-du-Roi, a suspect was taken into custody on Tuesday, according to ladepeche.fr. The victim stayed each year in the Camargue, at this same campsite in Grau-du-Roi, near which her body was found. The investigation is being conducted by the research section of the Gard gendarmerie and the gendarmerie company of Vauvert.
