On 18 April, a dispute broke out between passengers on a passenger train departing from the capital (departure at 18:37) to the Estonian city of Valga (arrival at 21:23). As a result, an administrative violation is now being investigated.
The authorities have published photographs of a man and are appealing to anyone who can provide information about this person to call 112.
