North Riga district police have launched an investigation into a public order offence recorded on 18 April on rail transport between Riga and Valga.
The incident occurred on a service that departed the capital in the evening and arrived at the Estonian border town after more than two hours of travel. A dispute broke out amongst the passengers, and law enforcement authorities now wish to establish who participated in it.
