Parker Kingston, a 21-year-old wide receiver for BYU, was granted bail by a Washington County judge following his arrest on a first-degree felony rape charge, krcrtv.com reports.

State prosecutors agreed to release Kingston on a $100,000 bail — a reversal from his initial remand without bail. The charge followed a year-long investigation that began in February 2025.

As conditions of his release, Kingston is required to wear a GPS ankle monitor and must leave Washington County immediately. He is only permitted to return to the county for scheduled court appearances.

The court further ordered him to have no contact with the alleged victim or any potential witnesses, either directly or through a third party. Kingston is also barred from using social media for the duration of the pending case.

An attorney representing Kingston confirmed he accepted the terms and intended to leave the county upon release.

Kingston's next court appearance was scheduled for Wednesday, 25 February, at 10:30 a.m.
