BYU wide receiver Parker Kingston, 21, has been granted bail by a Washington County judge following his arrest on a first-degree felony rape charge, dailyfreeman.com reports.

The charge stems from a year-long investigation that began in February 2025. Kingston was initially held without bail, but state prosecutors subsequently agreed to release him on conditions, with bail set at $100,000.

Under the terms of his release, Kingston is required to wear a GPS ankle monitor and must leave Washington County. He is only permitted to return to the county for scheduled court appearances.

The court also barred Kingston from any contact — direct or through a third party — with the alleged victim or potential witnesses. He is additionally prohibited from using social media while the case remains pending.

An attorney representing Kingston agreed to the conditions, stating his client intends to leave the county immediately upon release.

Kingston's next court appearance was scheduled for Wednesday, 25 February, at 10:30 a.m.
