Hilo Man Arrested for Rock Attack on Home and Vehicles After Domestic Row

Hawaiʻi Island police have arrested and charged 21-year-old Ayzen Enos of Honomu following a domestic incident on Wednesday, 16 September 2026, at a residence in the 100 block of Mohouli Street in Hilo, according to hawaiipolice.gov.

South Hilo patrol officers responded after reports that Enos had arrived at the property and become verbally confrontational with two individuals inside.

Enos allegedly moved outside and began throwing numerous rocks at the residence, breaking multiple windows and causing extensive damage to both the interior and exterior. Two female victims sheltered inside as the incident continued.

He then allegedly turned his attention to two vehicles parked at the property, throwing additional rocks that broke windows and caused further exterior damage.

Following the investigation, detectives from the Hawaiʻi Police Department's Area I Juvenile Aid Section arrested and charged Enos on Friday, 18 September. His bail was set at $30,000, and he was scheduled to make his initial court appearance on Monday, 21 September.
