Three men have pleaded guilty to second-degree gang assault following a violent attack in Kingston, New York, that left a victim with serious and permanent injuries, westchester.news12.com reports.

Aalajah Deloatch-Williams, Daivon Ramirez-Jackson and Le'Mar Thomas each entered guilty pleas to the top charge in the indictment on the morning their trial was scheduled to begin, according to the Ulster County District Attorney's Office.

The attack took place on May 5, 2025, at Sheehan Court in Kingston. Prosecutors said the victim was walking home from work when the three defendants approached him from behind, beat him, and left him motionless on the ground.

Kingston police responded to the scene and launched an investigation. Detectives subsequently identified and arrested all three men.

An Ulster County grand jury had originally indicted four individuals on the Class C violent felony charge. Prosecutors confirmed that a fourth person charged in connection with the assault remains at large and is actively being sought by law enforcement.
