The Leoben State Prosecutor's Office handed over the investigation concerning Nazi glorification under the Prohibition Act and attempted aggravated assault. The reason for this is an ongoing proceedings against a suspect in Vienna.
The Interior Ministry is currently reviewing the deportation of two German defendants connected with the incident.
