Crime scene investigators came across the remains of a young man, aged 27, hidden in a canvas sack in a sheep pen. The location is in Naiden Gerovo, which falls within the Suedinjenie municipality. According to information from NOVA, the body had been in the sack for several days, and investigators discovered it hours earlier. The owner of the barn is suspected – a retired law enforcement officer who kept animals.
The mayor of the settlement, Atanas Arabadjiyski, explained to journalists that the deceased had not been seen since 11 August. His relatives were concerned about his condition, as he suffered from mental health problems. According to his father, quoted by BTA, the young man periodically went for treatment, but left hospitals, and also did not want to take the prescribed pills.
