The Potosí Police are investigating the deaths of two minors found dead in the Agua del Castilla sector in Llallagua. The victims are a 9-year-old boy and a 15-year-old teenager, according to El Deber.
The preliminary police report establishes that both minors were attacked with a sharp weapon. The suspected perpetrator, a 24-year-old man, is at large and is the subject of a search alert issued by the institution.
Residents of the area stated that the two minors were stabbed and expressed suspicions that the attacker was under the influence of substances.
Colonel Luis Alejandro Meneses, commander of the regional police in northern Potosí, confirmed that the perpetrator of the double homicide used a sharp weapon and assured that search efforts for the individual continue actively.
