A man was arrested in flagrante delicto transporting cocaine and crack on RJ-127 in Paracambi (RJ) during routine inspection by the BPRv.

According to g1.globo.com, a driver was detained on the morning of this Sunday (20) whilst driving a car with a large quantity of narcotics along RJ-127 in the Guarajuba neighbourhood in Paracambi (RJ). The stop took place at km 9.5 during routine inspection by the 3rd Company of the Rodoviária Police Battalion (BPRv).
Officers were conducting stops at the operational post in the stretch when they ordered the vehicle to stop. Upon searching the interior of the automobile, the team located a rubbish bag on the floor of the passenger seat containing a considerable quantity of narcotics.
A total of 1,075 sachets of cocaine and 1,075 sachets of crack were seized, in addition to R$ 869 in cash and 9 dollars. The material bore labels with inscriptions from a criminal faction and the prices stipulated for sale.
The driver and all material seized were taken to the Paracambi police station. The man was charged in flagrante delicto for drug trafficking and remained imprisoned pending Justice. His identity was not disclosed.
