Two men investigated for belonging to the First Command of the Capital (PCC) and identified as "fronts" for bus companies in São Paulo negotiated the purchase of rifles and cocaine base paste, according to an investigation by São Paulo's Civil Police. The case formed the basis of an operation launched this Thursday, which targets the faction's infiltration into the public transport system of the capital and other cities in the state, according to oglobo.globo.com.
The police identified José Daniel Satilite and Claudionor Aparecido Sabino Tomaz as formal partners of the company Translider, which operates buses in Cubatão, in the Baixada Santista region. According to investigators, the two would in practice be fronts for the true controllers: Paulo Korek and José Antonio Guerino, who was murdered in 2021. Korek is identified as the owner of A2 Transportes, a concessionaire with minibus routes in the South Zone of São Paulo. O GLOBO sought comment from the cited individuals' legal representatives.
According to investigations, José Daniel and Claudionor would be responsible for the PCC's liaison with lawyers, businessmen, politicians and public authority representatives.
Intercepted messages reveal code and weapons negotiation
In conversations captured by the Civil Police, José Daniel sent a message to Claudionor about the possibility of acquiring "200 litres of oil". Claudionor said he did not understand and asked if it was "engine oil". José Daniel replied that it was "oil to produce white gold" — an expression that, according to police, corresponds to cocaine base paste in organised crime vocabulary.
In other exchanges, Claudionor offered weapons to José Daniel, who also proposed weapons in exchange. One of the messages sent by José Daniel contained photographs of weapons and the following text: "see if anyone is interested, 556 calibre. Custom lock and cooling, metallic red." The two also came to negotiate bulletproof vests on another occasion.
Internal PCC rift appears in dialogues
Dialogues from February 2024 show Claudionor and José Daniel commenting on the faction's internal division, which pitted Marco Willians Herbas Camacho, known as Marcola, against Roberto Soriano, known as Tiriça. Claudionor indicated that A2 Transportes would be on Marcola's side, stating that "the people here are M Football Club", while "the people from the green one are T Football Club" — a reference to a transport company with a predominantly green fleet, whose identity was not confirmed by the Civil Police.
For investigators, the conversations reinforce that the relationship between public transport operators and organised crime is close, extending beyond occasional financial ties.
