Carlos Eduardo Jushayu Gutiérrez, aged 35, a merchant and content creator known as 'El Cochi', was shot and killed on Saturday evening in the municipality of La Paz, Cesar, according to elpilon.com.co.
The hired killing occurred at 9:59 p.m. on Calle 6 with Carrera 7 in the El Centro neighbourhood. The victim was socialising with family members on the street when two men travelling on a motorcycle intercepted him and opened fire on him.
Jushayu Gutiérrez, a resident of the La Pista neighbourhood squatter settlement, was immediately assisted and transferred to Mariano Zuleta Hospital. Medical staff confirmed that he was admitted without vital signs due to the severity of his wounds.
