The National Police arrested a 26-year-old man known as "Poncho" in the Robinson Pitalúa neighbourhood, south of Montería, according to policia.gov.co. The suspect had an active judicial order for trafficking, manufacturing or possession of controlled substances.

Field operations established that the arrested man regularly operated in the surroundings of the Robinson Pitalúa educational institution, where he allegedly sold illicit substances to students and young people in the sector.

The detainee was handed over to the competent authority to continue with the corresponding judicial process.
