The remains of Naín Pérez Toncel, alias 'Bendito Menor', and alias 'Bebecita', together with those of two bodyguards killed, arrived at the northern regional headquarters of Legal Medicine in Barranquilla, according to eltiempo.com.
The transfer was carried out from Riohacha, in La Guajira, with the aim of improving security conditions during the forensic procedure. The four bodies arrived in a forensic vehicle at the premises, which remains under reinforced police custody.
Special units accompany the cordon installed around the facilities. Police opted to centralise the process in Barranquilla, where they have greater logistical and security guarantees to carry out the corresponding proceedings.
