Police officer injured with sharp weapon while intervening in family dispute in Bogotá
An officer was injured whilst attending to a domestic dispute in Bogotá; the attacker was detained and handed over to the Public Prosecutor's office.

According to hsbnoticias.com, a patrol unit from the sector responded to a citizen alert received through the emergency line 123 regarding a violent dispute inside a residence in Bogotá.
Upon entering the property to protect those involved, one of the aggressors attacked a uniformed officer with a sharp object, leaving him injured.
The officer was immediately transferred to a medical facility, where he received medical attention. His condition is reported as stable and out of danger.
The person responsible for the assault was subdued at the scene and handed over to the General Public Prosecutor's office to face charges of assault on a public official and personal injury.
