A 32-year-old man was arrested today by warrant issued by a court to facilitate the investigations of the prosecution authorities. The arrested man is being held in custody on a provisional basis.
The case concerns multiple incidents being investigated in the Paphos area. The authorities are examining charges that include attempted arson of property, attempted damage to property using explosives, arson of ambulance vehicles, as well as possession and use of explosives.
The incidents are reported to have taken place during April and May 2026. The investigation is being conducted by the Crime Detection Department (TAE) of Paphos, which continues its examination.
