Police arrested a 40-year-old man yesterday who was wanted for breaking and entering and theft at a supermarket in Nicosia last December.
40-year-old man arrested for supermarket break-in in Nicosia
Yesterday, the authorities proceeded with the arrest of a 40-year-old man. He was wanted in connection with a burglary and theft that occurred at a food store in Nicosia in December 2025.
The incident took place on 20 December 2025. The perpetrators removed a sum of money from the store.
During the investigation of the case, evidence was obtained that pointed towards the 40-year-old. On the basis of this evidence, an arrest warrant was issued against him, pursuant to which he was apprehended.
The Nicosia Crime Investigation Department is continuing its investigations.
