Four 17-year-olds were arrested today by Cyprus Police, according to cypruspolicenews.com, as part of investigations into cases of break-ins, thefts and damage to property in the Paphos district.
The arrests were made following court warrants and the four suspects were remanded in custody for the purposes of police interrogation.
The investigations concern a total of ten cases, with charges including conspiracy to commit a felony, breaking and entering and theft, as well as wilful damage to property.
The offences were committed on 22 August 2026 at nine shops in the city and Paphos district: three pharmacies, three petrol stations, one café, one fruit shop and one general store. In five of the ten shops, the perpetrators removed cash sums.
The Paphos Police Station continues its investigations.
