Czech police have charged four individuals and one company with human trafficking through the OnlyFans platform. Victims were forced to create erotic content.

Czech police have initiated criminal proceedings against four individuals and one company charged with human trafficking through the OnlyFans platform.
According to Euronews, the victims were young girls who had just turned 18. The perpetrators lured them into creating erotic photographs and videos, but then forced them to sign false employment contracts.
The accused promised the girls that they would help them build careers on various social media platforms. In reality, however, they used psychological pressure, such as contractual penalties or withholding payments, to force them to create more explicit, bolder and commercially successful erotic content.
Police announced that the perpetrators obtained 3.6 million Czech crowns (approximately 148,190 euros) from the sale of explicit content directly to subscribers on the platform. In total, they exploited dozens of girls through this scheme.
The accused face prison sentences ranging from five to twelve years.
OnlyFans stated in a statement to Euronews Next that it works closely with law enforcement agencies worldwide and invests significantly in protective measures for users, including strict registration procedures, payment checks and ongoing account monitoring.
This case adds to a series of similar cases in Europe. In Spain, a minor was forced by a trafficker to sell photographs of her body. Romanian prosecutors also claim that influencer Andrew Tate recruited at least one woman into a human trafficking operation and forced her to create pornographic content for OnlyFans.
