A twenty-year-old man admitted in Pardubice court that he raped a fourteen-year-old girl while intoxicated last summer during a party in the Chrudim region. The court sentenced him to five years' suspended imprisonment and imposed a ban on alcohol consumption.

A twenty-year-old man before the Pardubice branch of the Regional Court in Hradec Králové admitted guilt for the rape of a fourteen-year-old girl. The incident occurred last summer during a private celebration in one of the houses in the Chrudim region. The perpetrator was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the offence.
According to the indictment, the young man first touched the minor on a garden lounger. Later he took her into the bathroom, where he restrained her and forcibly compelled her to have sexual intercourse. Following the act, the court imposed on the man a sentence of five years' imprisonment with conditional suspension for the same period. The ruling also includes a ban on alcohol consumption. The sentence is final.
