The accused is a repeat offender who was previously convicted of another murder. He now faces charges of further intentional homicide. The case occurred in the village of Mírov, located in the Šumperk district in the Olomouc region.
According to available information, the public prosecutor has filed a motion to prosecute, and the trial is expected to follow in regular criminal proceedings. The accused refused the possibility of concluding a plea agreement, meaning the case will go to court with full evidence presentation.
